Allumax Srl was founded by the Pignatti family and a team of expert technicians as a venture to explore the length and breadth of the world of precision mechanics and the infinite potential of aluminium. This led to the creation of a new company that placed research and innovation as the primary drivers of production. 

And that’s how we began: from our first machine pool covering just a few square metres to today’s headquarters spanning 3800 square metres with solid skill and experience in the design and processing of extruded aluminium profiles of all kinds.

Production process

SAMPLE DRAWING
At this stage we are provided with the design of the piece to be made.
INDUSTRIALISATION
One of the most delicate phases: the rest of the production process depends on it.
CNC PROGRAMMING
The machining centres are programmed to conduct the required machining operations.
SAMPLING
An initial sample of the product is constructed and presented to the client.
ACCEPTANCE
The prototype is inspected and approved by the customer. Once approved, production can commence.
MACHINING PROCESS
This is the stage when the item commissioned is manufactured.
TREATMENT
The piece is treated with the most appropriate finish: tumbling, anodising, painting, brushing, sandblasting, chrome plating, galvanising.
QUALITY CONTROL
The product is checked to ensure it complies with our internal quality standards/reports.
PACKAGING and SHIPPING
The finished product is ready to be delivered to the customer.
