b. Pursuant to article 28 of EU regulation No. 2016/679, as appointed by the data controller, the data processor of the Website is the same as the data controller, as indicated in point b of paragraph 1 of this article II – DATA PROCESSING

1 – Data processing methods

a. Like all websites, our Website uses log files in which information collected in an automated manner is stored during your visits. The information collected may include the following:

a. Article 13, c. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the user’s rights.

ask the owner for access to personal data (Article 15 of the EU Regulation), have them updated (Article 7, paragraph 3, part a of Legislative Decree 196/2003), have them amended (Article 16 of the EU Regulation), add to them (Article 7, paragraph 3, part a of Legislative Decree 196/2003), or limit any processing of them that concerns them (Article 18 of EU Regulation) or oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing (Article 21 of EU Regulation), in addition to their right to data portability (Article 20 of EU Regulation);

d. data processing does not include, nor is consent requested, the use of any genetic, biometric, health-related data, or data which reveal religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions.

e. Likewise, should a law be violated, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, being the authority responsible for monitoring the processing of personal data within Italy.

f. For more detailed information regarding your rights, see articles 15 and subsequent sections of EU Regulation 2016/679 and article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

ARTICLE V – SECURITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED

a.
